We perform repairs related to the food, industrial, furniture, as well as marine industries.
For more stainless repairs and processes, see our picture gallery.
In terms of fabrication, we have undertaken various projects. Some of these include stainless steel tanks, food grade mixing blades, robotic parts, acid delivery tubes, printing machinery parts, and more.

Stainless steel welding is not the same as aluminum or magnesium welding. Stainless steel is non-porous, so prepares easily for welding. Aluminum needs a great deal of heat to weld because of its high thermal conductivity. Stainless steel is a terrible heat conductor and needs much less power to weld. It is essential to protect the weld area and the back of the weld area with inert gas on thin pieces to prevent “sugaring”. This causes contaminated stainless steel to corrode.
